Pre-Event Style Consultation (45 minutes): Consultation Call: Discuss the upcoming event, preferred styles, and any specific requirements. Outfit Selection: Receive personalized outfit recommendations tailored to the occasion. Accessory Coordination: Suggestions for accessories to complement the chosen outfit. Virtual Lookbook: A digital lookbook featuring outfit options with styling tips and links for purchasing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs while also respecting our stylists' time and commitment. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your booking, we require a minimum of 3 days' notice prior to the scheduled date of service. Cancellations made anytime after 3 days of the appointment will result in a deduction of 20% of the total package price from your refund. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and will be accommodated at our discretion. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at hello@thehighlysophisticated as soon as possible to notify us of the change. Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, minus the applicable cancellation fee. Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. Exceptions: We understand that certain circumstances may arise that are beyond your control. Please reach out to us to discuss any extenuating circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
